Dear Alan,
Enclosed please find a couple of items: the agenda for the Board
meeting February 3rd, a copy of Bruce Monroe's resume (He is
currently the president of the Dallas Gay Alliance.), and a copy of
a letter to me from the editor of the Dallas horning News
regarding their coverage of the S21.06 trial.
The Board meeting will be from 10:00 to 4:00 on Sunday, February
3rd at the new THRF office at 601 W. 18th. (The zip is 78701 FYI.
Phone numbers are the same.)
Bruce Monroe will be attending and observing. He is interested in
joining the Board. Tony Boatman, the Director of Development for
the San Antonio Symphony, will not be able to attend the meeting.
However, he will probably be at the Schwab Awards.
Oh yes, the Schwab! Remember, it is at the Caswell House, 1404
West Avenue from 7:00 to 10:00 on Saturday, February 2nd. The
Awards presentation is at 8:30.
I look forward to seeing you at the Schwab and/or the meeting.
Take care,
SuzyNow
