city of Fort Worth.

person Or persons in the city ol Fort Worth to
store or keep, or permit to be stored ;oij.kept, on;
their premises or in any house oi; Building, in'
the corporate limits of this city; tintlCr fhelr conj-
trol, any powder over the amount of twenty- five.-
pounds or any kerosene or olher inflailim?iMu
oils over the amount of fifty gallons; provided;,
the provisions ol this ordinance shall not be so
corfStrued as to apply to the storing or keeping of
powder, kerosene or other inflammable oils in a
tire-proof powder or oil magazine.
