person or persons in the city ot Font Worth to
store or keep,, or permit to he stored or kept, on
their premififes or in any house or building, in
the corporate limits of fiiL-s city, under their con-
trol, any powder over the 'amount of twenty-five
pounds or any kerosene or other inflammable
, oils over the amount of fifty gallons; provided,
j the provisions, ot. this ordinance shall not. he So.
construed as to apply to the storing ot Keeping of
powder, kerosene or other inflammable oils in a
tire-proof powder or oil magazine.
