Methodist youth plan mission project
The Methodist Youth drove the
streets of Bogata on April 19 to spot
a prospective home to use as their
summer Mission Project/Act of Kind-
ness. The plan was to select a home
that needed outside paint, tree trim-
ming or yard work they could do.
Mrs. Grade Bankston's home was
selected. She has agreed to let the
youth paint her home. The project
will begin with scraping and taping
on May 8 at 2 p.m. and painting will
begin May 9 at 9 a.m. The youth
planned to fund this project from
their projects and use their money
left form the spring break ski trip.
Cuthand Methodist Youth donated
$50.00 to buy paint. Doyle and Bettye
Williams donated $100.00 toward
materials.
