Bruce Ponton which ^ occured
Wednesday morning at about 9
o’clock. Mr. Ponton was 34
years of age at the time of his
death, and leaves a wife and
four children to mourn his un-
timely deftiise. He was laid to
rest Thursday afternoon in the
Salem cemetery- amid a large
concourse of sorrowing relatives
and friends. Rev. Towery of
Yoakum officiating. The pall
bearers were Jake and Otis
Butts, Oscar Fitch, Will,, Long,
John Hairrel and Will Chambers.

leaves his father and mother
