THINKS YEAR WILL
BE PROSPEROUS ONE.
Prof. \V. L. Acker Spends a Day at
Waco.
Past Grand Master Walter Acker
of the Masonic Grand Lod^e of Tex-
as spent this morning in Waco.
He travels and makes Waco quite
often and has many friends in this
city. Speaking this morning he said
that he thought that the outlook for
a successful and prosperous business
year was excellent and that certain-
ly things ought to be good in Texas
during this year. Crop prospects are
fine and the chances for the oat
icrop seem to be as good as they
have been in some time.
All in all Mr. Acker feels assur-
ed that the next twelve months will
be a period of hustle and good busi-
ness for the people of the great
state of Texas.—Waco Times-Her-
ald.
