been more or less agreed upon,

tion, also that levying 1 1-2 per
cent on all. natural products < of
tiie land, except oil. It is call-
ed a sexeranee tax. Mr. Meison
says others will propose bills in-
creasing the crude, oil tar to 5
and 7 per cent, also to tax oil re-
fineries, motion picture theatres,
cigars, cigarettes and other pro-
ducts.
