chrouicle the death of our fellow cit-
izen, Mr. Jno. T. Gill, ot Edgewood
(this county), who died on tbe even-
ing of the 2tHh ultimo, with Typho-
Malarial fever after an illness of shout
two weeks. He leaves a devoted and
heart broken wife, a loving boy and
many relatives and a host of friends
who deeply mourn his demise. To
such we extend mir deepest sympathy.

because they could not get it regular.

Mill that we mail the pnpers each
week, we will go before un officer and
mako oath to that effect, substantiat-
ed by tho postmaster at Canton, if
necessary. We hope, however
that we will have nothing ofthis kind
to do, as it is unpleasant to have such
matters appear in the public prints.
