Lodge No. 1067 and was a
member of the First Baptist
Church of Eiccira.

Mr. Benny Lewis Taylor,
80, died Tuesday, November 2,
1999 in Electra.
Graveside services will be
held 2 p.m. Thursday, Novem-
ber 4, 1999 from Electra Memo-
rial Park with Rev. Jack T.
Riley, pastor, First Baptist
Church of Electra officiating.
Interment was under the direc-
tion Dutton Funeral Home of
Electra.
Mr. Taylor was born May
29, 1919 in Henrietta, Texas.
He and Ester Josephine Mc-
Curdy were married September
30, 1939 in Walters Ok. He was
a member of the First. Baptist
Church of Petrolia, Texas. He
was a past member of zXmeri
can Legion. Member Eirst Bap
tist Church of Petrolia, Tx. He
had been a resident of Electra
Ibr 15 years, moved from Wi
chita Falls and Holliday areas.
He had been retired for about
20 years from the drilling indus
try. I le was preceded in death by
a daughter, Sharon Kay Mas
ters , March 1991 and one son,
Benny Ray Taylor, of Wichita
Falls, 1’exas. s Survivors in
elude his wife Ester Josephine
Taylor of Electra; two daugh
ters, Mary Vikers of Electra;
Donna Simpson of Electra; two
sons, Butch Taylor and David
Tax lor, bothof Electra; one sis
ter, Ruth Carmon of Euless,
Texas and one brother, I.uke
lax lor of Wichita balls, Texas,
18 grandchildren, and 20 great
grandchildren.

Mr. Ballard was a welder for
National Tank Company and
C.E. Natco lor 25 years. He
