There is no substitute for

pendable service is expensive at any
price. In your fuel supply, particularly,
this fact has been definitely proven.
In the early days of natural gas service,
when production and transportation
facilities were limited, gas was supplied
at a lower rate than it is today. In those
times, however, additional heating
equipment had to be held in readiness
in the home because of the uncertainty
of this cheaper gas service. During this
