those two things sticking out of my head are wisps of- curly hair.
I move silently in my rubber shoes. I move swiftly, too, at the speed
of 186 thousand miles per second. . . I'm the fastest thing on earth.
I'm your economical and willing servant who works long hours at low
wages. Whenever you want me I'll be waiting in your nearest REDDY-
BOX—electric outlet. Remember, just. . . “PLUG IN—I’M REDDY.”

FIRST PRESBYTERIAN
Some citizens of McKinney have
protested the government’s plan
to close the veteran’s hospital in that
city while spending SEVERAL MIL-
LION DOLLARS to build a new and
bigger one in Dallas. No NEED to
BECOME EXCITED—that’s the way
the queer deal works. A big hospital
at Camp Maxey was torn down and
sold for junk, while a new one was
being constructed at Bonham, only
40 distant, says the Lamar County
Echo. All of which is working
steadily toward a change in the po-
litical situation later. There is
trouble cooking for those who think
they are riding high and mighty.
But the matter of moving Ashburn
Hospital or abolishing it has been
looked into closely by those whom
we feel sure know what they are
talking about and we do not look for
any change, for a long time at least.

All forms of stomach disorders
may be classed under two great di-
visions, namely, the organic and the
neurotic. The former class consists
of those diseases which are char-
acterized by certain pathological
changes wherein there is a structural
change in the wall of the stomach.
The latter is a condition where the
wall of the stomach is normal so far
as structure is concerned, but with a
gastric juice being formed which is
not nprmal in quality or in quantity.
In the pathological conditions we
have to consider the various forms
og gastritis peptic ulcer, cancer of
the stomach, etc., while under the
neuroses may be classified hyper-
chlorhyria (excessive acid), hyjer
secretion (excessive acid), secretion
of gastric juice, gastralgia (spas-
modic pain in the stomach) and ner-
vous dysepsia (nervousness and in-
digestion.
The chiropractor cares not wheth-
er the expression of the incoordina-
tion is gastritis or hyspepsia, for
that is but the manifestation of a
condition which he knows must exist
in the spine and which he knows he
is able to correct.

One familiar figure at the shows
(and she wears the right kind of
hat) is Mrs. Ammie Wilson of Plano,
in Collin County. She spells her
name with two M’s, but calls it
“Amy.” Her sheep are always en-
tered and mostly near the top. Last
year she won over the perenially-
victorious Oklahoma A. and M. Col-
lege. Her sheep are Hampshires and
she gets her breeding stock in Eng-
land. Mrs. Wilson was without eye-
sight for several years but her en-
thusiasm for sheep never waned
and how that she sees, she stays
right with her Hamps and spends
many a night in a cot in the barn
around lambing time.
The above was furnished the Ex-
aminer by Layne Beaty, of Ft.
Worth.
