was arrested on a state felo-
ny charge for criminal non-
support in Rockwall. Gillean
is being held without bond.
• Police arrested Tykeem
Domell Grant on a second
degree felony charge for
possession of a controlled
substance. Grant was re-
leased before press time
Friday.
• Officers arrested Rob-
ert H. Kimball on a third
degree felony charge for
failing to register as a sex
offender and an additional
third degree felony charge
for possession of child
pornography. Kimball was
also charged with six class
B misdemeanors for theft of
property. He was released on
a $56,000 bond before press
tune Friday.
• Romanelli Dillon West
was arrested by Titus Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Deputies on a
second degree felony charge
for possession of a con-
trolled substance and a class
B misdemeanor for posses-
sion of marijuana. West was
released before press time
Friday.
• Ha M-T Tran was arrest-
ed on a state felony charge
for engaging in criminal
activity and three class A
misdemeanors from San
Jacinto County for gambling
promotion, keeping a gam-
bling place and possession
