‘Federal Judge James C. Wilson issued an order of
probationary freedom for Dr. Frederick A. Cook, under!
a two year old federal probation law. Dr. Cook is serv-
ing a fourteen year sentence at the Leavenworth Prison
on charges of the misuse of the mails for oil stock pro-
motion Cook will be paroled to Erskin E. Williams, a
prominent attorney and churh worker, while the gov-
