Hughes to become Assistant
County Supervisor for Van
Zandt County, effective Sep-
tember 10,1978.
Mr. Hughes comes to Can-
ton from Beaumont, where he
worked for the U.S.D.A. as a
Federal Grain Inspector. He
looks forward to his career
with Farmers Home Ad-
ministration and is eager to
get started.
Mr. Hughes is a native of
Sulphur, Louisiana, and a 1971
