Attorney Michael A. Maness represented the American
Nazi Party. He is a law partner of former Judge Andrew L.
Jefferson, who heard the controversial "Houston 12" case. It
concerned rioters at Beth Yeshurun Synagogue, following the
Yom Kippur War.
One of the three precedents for overturning the injunction
(see information below) involved "Donald A. Thiel, pro se,
Michael Anthony Maness [attorney for the American Nazi
Party], Jefferson, Maness, Valdes & Mims, Houston, for
appellant."
In order for readers of the JH-V to better understand the
bounty offer and its implications, the judgement and the tele-
phone message are reproduced in their entirety.
Partial information on the precedent cases that are men-
tioned in the judgement appear for the reader to determine
their relevancy.

Marvin Zindler's injunction to stop a bounty offer by the
American Nazi Party (through Southwestern Bell Telephone
Company lines) has been overturned. The prize was a $5,000
offer to anyone killing "an attacking Jew or other non-White".
The dissolved injunction was rendered by the Court of
Civil Appeals, 14th Supreme Judicial District of the State of
Texas. Although the judgement,, as it appears below, was un-
signed, it was filed by Chief Justice Curtiss Brown, and As-
sociate Justices — Judge Edward D. Coulson and Judge George
E. Cire.
The dismissed, temporary injunction was originally granted
by Judge Richard W. Millard, 152nd Judicial District Court.
