Byers, Clay Co., Tex., June 5.—A
severe rain storm from the north
struck this place about 8 o’clock this
morning, doing eonsiderable damage to
crops. The wall of the First National
Rank, now building, was blown down.
This same building was blown down
about two weeke ago. One of the
deep well rigs of the Corsicana Petro-
100x150 feet on the corner of Eleventh
street and Ohio avenue. Work will
begin immediately on the buildings
and will be pushed with all possible
haste. A complete stock of building
material will be ordered and shipped
so as to arrive as soon as the buildings
