T ~¥A,
The 11th Infantry won a closely contest-
ed game, here yesterday from the 23rd in- J
fantry team by the score of 5'to 1. Carlson
the 23rd’s pitcher, had the 11th completely
at his mercy until the seventh inning. In
this round Shaw registered the first hit
made off his delivery scoring Roberts. The
23rd went to pieces in the next round, allow-
ing four runs to be made no two hits aided
by four glaring errors.
Fitrtha was the only batter to successful-
ly solve Shaw’s delivery, getting the two
hits made by the 23rd Infantry team. Kirk
played well for the 11th.

Why Do You Have the Title Examined?
To avoid paying good money for a bad title, of course.
DO YOU REALIZE that the old familiar method of title
examination fails to reach many defects that can make
a title very bad indeed?
TITLE GLARANTY IS BETTER
If we say a title is good, we mean that it is absolutely
clear of all possible defects. And our statement is in
the form of a bond to protect you. If we make a mis-
take, we lose—not you.
