PAT N. FAHEY
SAYS:
In the- recent Democratic Pri-
mary I ran third, in the-race for
Associate Justice of the Court
of Civil Appeals and am now
faced With the necessity of
choosing between the two lead-
ers in that race if I am to ex-
ercise my right of suffrage. To
make a choice is no pleasant
task. I have known both aspir-
ants for a number of years. I
consider them gentlemen of
high character and of abundant
native ability. I have always
borne for each of them a feel-
ing of friendship which I be-
lieve has been reciprocated. In
making my choice, therefore, I
am discarding personalities and
looking at the matter from a
standpoint of the needs con-
fronting the practitioner and
litigant in the Court of Civil
. Appeals and the fitness and
competency of the candidates to
meet those needs. Any judg-
ment of their fitness and com-
petency must necessarily be
based on their known exper-
ience and demonstrated, legal
learning. AnehaseenlthAde,
Mr. Pat N. Fahey, who
perlence and legal learning I
unqualifiedly endorse the can-
didacy of T. H. Cody for Aso-
date Justice of the Cour of
