Abstract. This supplement to the annual Texas Education Agency report on graduation and dropouts
in Texas public secondary schools provides annual dropout rates by district characteristic for the
2015-16 school year. It also provides longitudinal dropout rates by district characteristic for the class
of 2016, as well as final statuses for the 2016 Grade 9 cohort. Finally, the supplement provides a
year-to-year district-level accounting of students served in Grades 7-12 in 2015-16.
