"WHERE THCRCS A WILL."
Over At Orange last week we in-
pulred hito the school particularly and
found that the grounds of the new
k Street school were kept as neat
d clean m could be; waste-baskets
pre provided for the recitation rooms,
the children are not allowed to throw
paper upon the floor and they have
too much pride to let it drift over the
(grounds. Every day thesp baskets are j
emptied into a barren In the yard and I
thence the paper is hauled off every
morning. What Orange can do Timp-

and with lesB expense, for the grounds
ground our building are so large that
the paper may be burned with perfect
safety.
Then each room has its boxes and
pots of growing plants to make it
more home-like and attractive. Each

A short While ago we made a move
fo put some window-hoses in our
pnhooi, but it was oombated upon the
theory that plants, shut up in the

was held up or shot down in the met-

old river must be getting lonesome for
lack of "floaters."
