that his title to the land above
described ia derailed as follows:

the heirs of William Hurphrey,
sometimes spelled Humphreys,
but which is one and the
same person.
2. W. H. West and his wife
Suaan West, the only surviving
heirs of William Humphrey's
conveyance, to Louisa M. Wil-
liams, but which conveyance is
lost and proof of the execution,
existance, and contents of which
will be made upon the trial of
this cause.
3. James Stricland and.David
Stricland, cohveyance, to Laura
E. Williams, said conveyance
having been made by H. K. Wil-
amsj under a power of attorney.
4. W. H. West to Louisa M.
Williams, bond for title.
5. Louisa M. Williams and J.
K. Williams to Patsy Ann De-
berry and Laura E. Williams, by
deed of oonveyance.
6. Laura E. Innerarity and
Charles Innerarity to Patsy Ann
The premises considered the
Fplaintiff herewith files this his
written application setting forth
the facts entitling him to the re-
lief sought, and prays for the
issuance of citation in the man-
ner required by law and that ser-
vice of said citation be had by pub
lication, as the law in such cases
prescribes, upon all the persons,
and upon the heirs and legal
representatives of all the persons
who are interested adversely to
the plaintiff at any time hereto,
fore, or who may now be so in-
terested, to appear at the next
regular term of the district court
of San Augustine County on
July 7,1913. at the court house
thereof, then and there to contest
the right, if any they have of this
applicant, to have established
the existence of the deeds, instru-
ment in writing, ordero and jud-
gement hereinbefore related to
be lost or destroyed, and the
contents thereof to to be entered
upon the minutes of the district
court of said oounty and duly
recorded in the deed records of
said county, and that each
