This is to certify, that 1 have been an intense
sufferer from Hemorrhoids. (Piles.) for tho period
of twelve years, prior to the lust three monlhs. I
had tried every remedy short of an operation, that
had been suggested, but to no avail. Sometime in
November, 185S. I placed myself under the care
of I)r. J. Bart. Mintum, and was operated lipon by
his new method, and entirely relieved without the
