Sneed. the wife of J. Heal Sueed.
The atory of the elopement of Al.
Iloyce and Mm. Inu Sneed. the In-
dictment of Iloyce for kidnapping
the finding of them In Canada the
bringing back of the woman t hi CI1--miaaal
of the Indictment. Tb killing
of Captain A. G. Iloyce In a hotel In
Fort Worth by J. R. Sneed and the
aubeequent trial of Smied wherein
no verdict was reached has ben nil
told In progress of the trial and
read by thousands of people.
Recently a rotrlal of Kneed has
been set to come on In Fort Worth
November 11 and rumors have been
printed that Sneed and his wife had
made up and would live together
and care for their children ou their
farm In Williamson county but thla
story has since been held In ques-
tion. A brief history of the affair la

the Fort Worth Record.

ada and was In Amarlllo.
It was not known that Ileal Sneed
was in that town until he had shot
to death the mnn he held responsi-
ble for the ruin of his home.
