Scholz Mark '60 House and Garden Home
Gives Family Life in Grand Manner
PERSONALS
Big, luxurious, boldly executed, the Mark '60 House of the Year
attains eye-opening grandeur, then tempers this with down-to-earth
family llvability. Designed by Don Scholz and featured by House &
Garden magazine, the house is a trend-setter with these pulse-quick-
ening features: .
• Delicate balance of Oriental interior design fused into strongly
contemporary American styling.
• Layout finesse that wraps family-room-kitchen core and bed-
room wing around a patio with Paradise Fiberglas pool.
• Full separation of the indoor-outdoor living room entertainment
area from the less formal family-room area.
• New, better-living features—like the "Polarized" Fiberglas
lighting panels above the kitchen work area.
This year's leader of the Scholz Homes line, the Mark '60 is in-
cluded in a big four-color design collection brochure at $1, or write
for free details to Don
