You are hereby commanded to
appear by filing a written an-
swer to the Plaintiff's Petition
at or before ten o'clock A.M. of
the first Monday after the ex-
piration of forty-two days from
the date of the issuance of this
citation, same being Monday, the
29 day of July, 1963, at or before
ten o'clock A.M. before the
Honorable District Court of
Montague County, Texas, at the
Court House of said County in
Montague, Texas.
Said Plaintiff's Petition was
filed in said court, on the 13
day of June, A.D. 1963, in this
cause, numbered 14365 on the
docket of said court, and styled,
Vesta M. Dowlearn et vir, Pat H.
Dowlearn, Plaintiffs, vs. Ray-
mond F. Price and Joy D. Price
and the unknown heirs of W.
Frank Price and Bettie M. Price,
both deceased, Defendants.
The names of the parties to
the cause are as follows: Mrs.
Vesta M. Dowlearn et vir, Pat
H. Dowlearn are Plaintiffs and
Raymond F. Price, Joy D. Price,
and the Unknown Heirs of W.
Frank Price and Bettie M. Price,
both deceased are Defendants.
A brief nature of this suit is
as follows, to wit: Trespass to
try title to tract and parcel of
land described as being part

Saint Jo, Texas to wit: BEGIN-
NING N.E. corner Block 1 How-
ells Add., Saint Jo, Texas;
THENCE S37E 280 feet Meigs St.
to S.E. corner Block 1; THENCE
S53W 140 feet, corner; THENCE
N37W 280 feet, corner; THENCE
N53E 140 feet, place of BE-
GINNING. Being same land
described in deed Vol. 132, Page
204 Deed Records of Montague
County, Texas; Plaintiffs allege
that they claim title under deed
W. Frank Price to Bettie M.
Price, now misplaced, and from
Bettie M. Price to Vesta M
Dowlearn, who claims fee simple
title, under contract to support,
which was performed; Plain-
tiff claims peaceable and adverse
possession for more than 10
years, asserting limitation; val-
uable improvements more than
$2,000.00; Prayer for title and
possession, for special and gen-
eral relief, etc., as is more fully
shown by Plaintiff's Petition on
file in this suit.
If this citation Is not served
within ninety days after the date
of its issuance, it shall be re-
turned unserved.
The officer executing this
process shall promptly execute
the same according to law, and
and make due return as the law
directs.
Issued and given under my
hand and the Seal of said Court,
at office in Montague, Texas,

notice is hereby given as follows:
TO Mrs. E. A. Thorneberry, J. A.
Thorneberry, Mae Thorneberry
Burkhart, Posie Turner, Ross
Thorneberry and Wesley Thorne-
berry; all the Unknown Heirs,
Assigns, and/or Legal Repre-
sentatives of each of the Defend-
ants above named, and all
Unknown Owners of the proper-
ty hereinafter described; and
any and all other persons, in-
cluding adverse claimants,

any legal or equitable interest

of Panola County School Land
Line, which is known as the
East corner of the tract of land
occupied by E. Jackson, et ux;
THENCE a little West of North
West within twenty-one feet of
E. Burkhart's S.W. line corner;
THENCE with said E. Burkhart's
S.W. line and N.W. line and be-
ing twenty-one feet from the
same to the Harriett Brown
survey, a corner; THENCE South
with the Harriett Brown survey
to the corner of the tract of
land which this is a part off of
a comer; THENCE to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING, con-
taining fifteen acres of land,
more or less.
Which said property is de-
linquent to Plaintiff for taxes in
the following amounts: $843.75
exclusive of interest, penalties,
and costs, and there is included
in this suit in addition to the
taxes, all said interest, penalties,
and costs thereon allowed by
law up to and including the day
of judgment herein.
You are hereby notified that
suit has been brought by The
State of Texas, for itself and in
behalf of Montague County, and
for the use and benefit of all
politicial subdivisions of said
County, whose taxes are assessed
and collected by the Tax As-
sessor and Collector thereof.

by petition filed on the 21st day
of June, 1963, in a certain suit
styled THE STATE OF TEXAS
vs MRS. E. A. THORNEBERRY,
ET AL, for collection of the
taxes on said property and that
said suit is now pending in the

District Court of Montague
County, Texas, 97th Judicial
District, and that the file num-
ber of said suit is 14,132 that the
names of all taxing units which
assess and collect taxes on the
property hereinafter described,
not made parties to this suit are
None.
Plaintiff and all other taxing
units who may set up their tax
claims herein seek recovery of
delinquent ad valorem taxes oh
the property hereinabove de-
scribed, and in1 addition to the
taxes all interest, penalties, and
costs allowed by law thereon
up to and including the day of
judgment herein, and the settle-
ment and foreclosure of liens,
if any, securing the payment of
same, as provided by law.
All parties to this suit, includ-
ing plaintiff, defendants, and
intervenors, shall take notice
that claims not only for any tax-
es which were delinquent on said
property at the time this suit
was filed, but all taxes becoming
delinquent thereon at any time
thereafter up to the day of
judgment, including all interest,
penalties, and costs allowed by
law thereon, may, upon request
therefor, be recovered herein
without further citation or notice
to any parties herein, and all
said parties shall take notice of
and plead and answer to all
claims and pleading now on file
and which may hereafter be
filed in said cause by all other
parties herein, and all of those
taking units above named, who
may intervene herein and set
up their respective tax claims
against said property.
You are hereby commanded
to appear and defend such suit
on the first Monday after the
expiration of forty-two (42)
days from and after the date of
issuance hereof, the same being
the 12th day of August, A.D. 1963
(which is the return day of
such citation), before the Honor-
able District Court of Montague
County, Texas, to be held at the
Court House thereof, then and
there to show cause why judg-
ment shall not be rendered for
such taxes, penalties, interest,
and costs, and condemning said
property and ordering foreclos-
use of the constitutional and
statutory tax liens thereon for
taxes due plaintiff and the
taxing units parties hereto, and
those which may intervene here-
in, together with all interest,
penalties, and costs allowed by
law up to and including the day
of judgment herein, and all
costs of this suit.
ISSUED AND GIVEN UNDER
MY HAND AND SEAL of said
Court in the City of Montague,
Montague County, Texas, this
the 28th day of June, A.D. 1963.
