Guardian Interest
That is one kind of interest
you probably never have
associated with the bank-
ing business. However,
every progressive bank,
you will find, has a guard-
ian interest in the vacation
and traveling plans of its
patrons as well as in their
financial status and general
welfare. \
This bank is no exception.
We are not so much inter-
ested in where our patrons
go or how they travel, as
we are in seeing that their
travel funds are adequate-
ly safeguarded.
Our thorough knowledge
of financial conditions both
in our own and foreign
countries makes this bank
peculiarly fitted to render
this, one of the most impor-
tant of all banking sendees.
For travel, either at home
or abroad, the safe and de-
pendable and convenient
way to carry your money
is in the form of American
Express Travelers Cheques.
The sale of Travelers
Cheques is only one of the
many services this, bank
offers to travelers.

A we'll improved farm is not an ex-
pense. It is an investment—a money
making investment in the shape of
added farm values and increased crop
and stock leturns. The well improved
farm is a monumet to the owner's
business ability, to his thrift, his
judgement, his citizenship. •
