the Board of Directors have
called a meeting of the stock-
holders to be held in the City of
Spearman, County of Hansford,
State of Texas, at the principal
office of the company on the
thirteenth day of November,
1924, between the hours of 10
o'clock a. m., and 4 o'clock p. m.,
to consider and act upon a propo-
sition tolauthorize the execution
by the Company of a mortgage
or deed of trust to be called
"first mortgage" or by such
other name as may be determin-
ed, on all of its railroad proper-
ties now owned or herefter ac- j
quired, to secure bonds to be
hereafter issued in series, se
much of such bonds as may be
necessary to be used from timo
fo time in paying or exchange
or the indebtedness" of the
Company, other bonds tor be
issued to.be used for the acquisi-
tion, construction or extension of
railroads, additions and better-
ments to such railroads and
properties now hereafter owned,

purposes, each series of bonds to
