Kerr diggings, at Webb City. He
had put in a shot, and came out of
his shaft to wait for the explosion.
After waiting some time, the
charge tailing to go off, Boyd de-

sion took place, blowing sway part
of his head, killing him inptantly.
Deceaeci was an orphan, and re-
sided with his uncle, A. 3.Ereder,
in this city, who went down after
