INSURANCE AGENTS.
BANT, SHACKELFORD COUNTY TEXAS.K-
(Jt?
Having served the people of this county in the capacity of Land, Live Stock, Loan,
Collecting and Insurance Agents, in the town of Albany, for a period of seven years, our
wide an i varied experience, together with our large clientage enables us to offer lands of all
descript on? at prices that will command the attention of residents and non-residents.
Our bus ness career in this county is, we say with no degree of vanity, part of the current
history four community and our strictly honorable method of conducting our business
will, in he furture as ithasalways in the past, commend to us the patronage of the public.
Lan s in our hands for sale are not merely "booked," but every honorable effort is ex-
erted to carry out to the letter the directions of owners. We shall continue our efforts to
represei; our numerous customers with that degree of unqualified fidelity to their interests
that hai rewarded us with a patronage of which we are justly proud.
We epresent as solk agents, among hundreds of thousands of arable and grazing
lands oi led by private individuals, the lands of the
INTERSTATE RAILWAY CONSTUCTION COMPANY, (formerly Franco-Texan
Land Ccupany); the
WESTEN MORTGAGE AND INVESTMENT COMPANY, (formerly North-west
Texas Hj-se Company Lands); the
laylanci Orpliana Home Lands;
The'PollCounty School Lands, which have been cut up into small tracts; likewise in-
numerabl surveys know as TEXAS EMIGRATION AND LAND COMPANY or
FETBPIS' COLONY LAND
The fat that we have sold and leased 99 per cent of the "Colony" lands, as well as
other lana in this county, places us in a position, not occupied by others, for dealing
direct wit the owners of the "Colony" surveys, 1 hereby enabling us to consummate sales
and leaseof these lands more rapidly than other agents.
AN EAMimiON OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS of this county will confirm these
statement!
It is p haps unnecessary to add that we appreciate the patronage of the public and
ehall cont
ing, cand
so amply
ue to conduct our business as in the past, upon principles of honesty, fair deal
and integrity for which a generous and wide awake public has for years past
warded us.
