The Eastern Star met Monday
night with a patriotic program

ington at which time they baked
a cherry pie The second part of
the program was dedicated to
Lincoln and a log cabin was
erected The third part of the
program was a beautiful and
Impressive red white and blue
ceremony where a triangle was
first formed then a V for victory
In the apex of the V was the
American flag In the beam of
light from a spotlight while the
national anthem was sung

was served with coffee to the 46

femily to Amarlllo Monday He
has been employed In Amarlllo
for the past year or so but Mrs

to care for his mother who pass-
