Dr. McDonald Issues Welcome
Dear Students:
It is hard to believe tha. fall is here already. Yet hert
you are registering for another new semester. E-
ven more shocking is the fact that our Cardinals already
have played their first football game!
Yes, time moves swiftly. Before you know it your pro-
fessors will be posting term grades.
If I can put across one thing to you at the start of this new
semester, let me urge you: Do not procrastinate I Pitch
right in. Get a stronghold on your study habits now. Start
off right. When semester finals roll around you will be
prepared.
Find time for participation in various campus activities.
Round off your academic work with social growth and dev-
elopment. You "book worms", come out of your shells.
You "union majors", get hot on your studies. Hit a hap-
py medium of work and play and you will receive a tremen-
dous reward for your school year 1959-60.
The best of good things for you.
Sincerely yours,
