Continued from page 1
Nichole Clover, Ali Kaissi, Pam Morgan and
Tammie Rockaforte.
We got their idea of having people on campus
to pose with milk mustaches because of the
advertisements in magazines with all of the
famous people, Caraway said.
“We thought they were so neat,” Caraway
said.
The group decided to ask seven people on
campus to pose for a photograph for their dis-
play.
“We wanted the famous people,” Kaissi said.
Caraway said she went to Cottle first, and the
rest just fell into place after he agreed to pose for
the photograph.
“I think it was really cool of Dr. Cottle to
pose,” Aubey said.
Aubey said she was very pleased with the
group’s idea and how their display looked.
Not only did the group have to come up with
the theme of the project, they had to design it also.
Aubey said the display ideas in the past had
come from a cultural view, but now the students
can choose whatever message they would like to
convey.
The group displayed the seven photographs,
milk signs from Borden, sunflowers and “milk
jugs” showing the nutritional value of milk.
The project is on display in the hallway of the
Home Economics Building.
