The undefeated Vio-
lets YMCA Basketball
girls team won another
game Saturday by beat-
ing the Duncanville
Bluebonnets, 18-11, at
the Reed Gym in Dun-
canville .
The Violets, coached
by Bob and Sharon
Wright, will play the
Rosebuds from Duncan-
ville, Saturday morning,
at Cedar Hill Grade
School Gym.

Bosher Called
As Music Director
George Bosher has
.been called as Interiem
Song Leader for the
Central Baptist Church
of Lancaster.
Mr. Bosher has bene
leading religious music
for many years and was
Choir Director and Music
Leader at the First
Baptist Church here for
a number of years.
He is a second year
Distributive Education
student, in the lab last
year and co-op portion
this year and is co-
chairman of the DECA
annual Garage Sale pro-
ject. He is also active
in the Future Farmers
Chapter at the School.
Kim is the son of
Mr. and Mrs. John Lock.
Telephone Hours
Extended By IRS
The Internal Revenue
Serve will extend its
telephone tax information
service from 8 a.m. to
8 p.m. Monday through
Friday, according to
Ellis Campbell Jr., dis-
trict director.
The service has been
averaging 2,500 calls
received each day, but
records indicate that
two-thirds of the tax-
payers have not yet
filed returns, Campbell
reported. In Dallas, the
number to call is 742-
9511; Fort Worth lines
are 336-5184.

With Spring just a-
round the corner, Blue,
birds and Camp Fire
Girls are looking for-
ward to the camping
season. Camp Ellowi,
in our own Cedar Hill,
the Camp Fire Camp at
Palestine, Texas and
Day Camps all over the
state are busily being
prepared.
Part of that prepar-
ation includes training
for the Camp Fire Lead-
ers. A leader is re-
quired to take training
to qualify her to camp
with the girls. Over-
night training will be
held this Friday at Camp
Ellowi. Mrs. John Fos-
ter, Mrs. Gene Neitzel
and Mrs. Don Martin will
attend this session. The
training includes sleep-
ing out at the camp,
hikes, building fires,
and cooking laa meals.
Then leaders will then
br able to use the Camp
facilities with the Camp
Fire Girls anytime dur-
ing the year.

that he lists as having
great importance to the
city in the future are “a
water problem which is
essential that we move
toward a solution in the
most expetitious and
orderly manner,” the
problem of law enforce-
ment, “This is a matter
that will have to be
resolved in the very
near future,” the matter
of growth and effectively
promoting Cedar Hill,
“We need to develop a
unity throughout all
Cedar Hill.”
