nold%and G. C. Harney of Sherman,
Robert A. Lewis of San Francisco,
Calif., -and Charles A. Fleming and
Reamer Ling of Hot Springs, t New
Mexico, are the organizers of the Ohio,
Kentucky and Texas Oil Association,
which will have its head office ;n
Sherman. Declaration of trust arti-
cles creating the company were filed
late yesterday afternoon. The associ-
ation will be capitalized at $500,000,
this number of shares of the par value
of $1 each being issued.
Mr. Harney is a well known attorney
of Sherman, and a member of the law

mendations will probably be made in
book form, with full charts, etc,
from the second story of the building

J. C. Hestand is in receipt of a letter
from Director J. WL Neill of the State
Department of Agriculture, urging a
large attendance of Grayson county
farmers at the Annual State Farmers'
Institute to be held at Austin, August
6, 7, and 8. Mr. Neill states that a
reduced fare of 1 cent per mile will be
available for the return trip. A re-
ceipt should be called for by all who
purchase tickets to attend the Insti-
tute and the presentation of this re-
