14th by the Co eman City Commission
which ordinance is intended to pro-
hibit vehicles from standing within
fifty feet of the sidewalk* abutting
the northeast corner of the Coleman
National Bank building and which is
also intended to prohibit two or
more persons congregating or stand-
ing within fifty feet of sidewalk abut-
ting the northeast corner of said
building. The‘tine for violation of
this ordinance is not less than one
dollar nor more than ten dollars.
The charitable public will readily
appreciate the purpose of this ordi-
; nance. Street traffic is heavy at this
c< rner and there is constant danger
of pedestrians being struck by pas-
sing vehicles or of collisions between
vehicles if the corner is allowed to
become congested as is often the
