Eyes Wide Open,” was repeated
at 7 p.m.
His realistic paintings in oil
crayon were first exhibited in Edin-
burgh in 1970 and since have been
widely shown in Europe and the
U.S.

and to me as Sheriff, directed, I will proceed to sell to the highest bidder, for cash, at
,10:00 a.m. on July 3, 1990, it being the first Tuesday of said month, at the north door
of the Bastrop County Courthouse, 803 Pine, Bastrop, Texas, the following property of
the Defendant, Bastrop Oil Company, Inc., which property will only be offered for sale
in its entirety, collectively as one item:
(A.) All of Bastrop Oil Company, Inc.’s undivided 37.5% interest in and to the oil and
gas leases listed below, which are situated in Bastrop County, Texas, covering approxi-
mately 991.36 acres of land in the aggregate, more or less, out of the Daniel Gray Sur-
vey, the Joshua Gray Survey, the Freeman Wilkerson Survey, the Joseph Adair Survey,
the Jacob G. Lentz Survey and the Luther Flint Survey, located in southwest Bastrop
County near the town of Redrock, Texas (hereinafter referred to collectively as the
“Leases”); and (B.) Any and all other interest of Bastrop Oil Company, Inc. in and to
said LEASES, and all of Bastrop Oil Company, Inc.’s rights, privileges and appurtenances
thereto. (The property to be sold itemized in (A.) and (B.) above shall be hereinafter
referred to collectively as the “BASTROP OIL LEASEHOLD INTEREST”.)
BASTROP OIL COMPANY, INC.’S UNDIVIDED 37.5% INTEREST IN THE PER-
SONAL PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE LEASES

pany d/b/a Austra-Tex Oil Company AND, ACCORDINGLY, THIS SALE DOES NOT
INCLUDE ANY SUCH PERSONAL PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT SOLD IN THE
JUNE 8, 1990 SHERIFF’S SALE WHICH WOULD BE NECESSARY FOR THE OPER-
ATION OF THE LEASES. »
UTE OIL COMPANY D/B/A AUSTRA-TEX OIL COMPANY IS THE OPERATOR
OF THE LEASES.
The BASTROP OIL LEASEHOLD INTEREST is subject to that certain Operating Agree-
ment dated September 1, 1984 (the “.OPERATING AGREEMENT”) executed by Bas-
trop Oil Company, Inc., Ute Oil Company d/b/a Austra-Tex Oil Company, Barntex, Inc.
and Briwater Energy, Inc. In light of this fact, and because the BASTROP OIL LEASE-
HOLD INTEREST only relates to an undivided 37.5% working interest in and under
the OPERATING AGREEMENT, the BASTROP OIL LEASEHOLD INTEREST will
be offered for sale only in its entirety.
The LEASES are:

1. That certain OIL, GAS AND MINERAL LEASE dated the 4th day of October,
1983, by and between Rocky Gould Boer and H.V. Risien, Jr. which lease is recorded
at Volume 129, Page 306 of the Oil Lease Records of Bastrop County, Texas;
2. That certain OIL AND GAS LEASE dated the 14th day of November, 1983, by
and between Dwain F. Dodson, Sr. and H.V. Risien, Jr. which lease is recorded at Volume
129, Page 626 of the Oil Lease Records of Bastrop County, Texas;
3. That certain OIL AND GAS LEASE dated the 14th day of November, 1983, by
and between Floyd Cummings Dodson, Jr. and H.V. Risien, Jr. which lease is recorded
at Volume 129, Page 643 of the Oil Lease Records of Bastrop County, Texas;
4. That certain OIL AND GAS LEASE /dated the 14 day of November, 1983, by and
