The commissioners’ court of

1911, to determine whether or
hot intoxicating liquors shall be
hold in Commissioners’ Precinct
$fo, 4, of Refugio county, which
embraces the Tivoli territory
and voting precinct No. 5, over
oh the San Antonio river. We
understand that this move was
taken to prevent a beer Saloon
that is about to be opened at

—The case of J. N. (Dad) Shaw
charged with killing Ed Fuller
at Vanderbilt last August, has
been Set for trial next .Tuesday
in the district court at Edna.
John O’Brien and other promi-
nent citizens of this place have
been summoned as character
witnesses to appear there in be-
half of the defendant. It is gen-
erally believed here that the case
Will be dismissed by the State,
as the facts and circumstances
all go to show that it was a jos-
tiliable homicide.
—Architect Jules Leffland of
Victoria, who drew the plans
for the fine West residence now
being built here by Contractor
Brian, has draWn the plans for
a beautiful $7000 dwelling to
be erected in Beeyille for A. F
Reese. Mr. Leffland also drew
the pfads for a $10,000 red brick
business building nOw nearing
completion in Victoria for Ben
Dreyfus, and is now working on
plans of a business house for J.
F. Welder, to be built of cement
brick manufactured in Victoria.

ton any proof. I do. and beta is the proof, I own my own timber lands, p,aW mlfis. dry kilns and
factory. I do not have to pay one penny of profit for lumber or milling. The profits that other-

Proof! I guarantee toy organa for BO years, whereas others guarantee theirs for 10 to 12 years.
Don’t this mean something ? My selling plana are the fairest, simplest, safest and easiest eve/
placed before the American public; in that I grant my customers all the time they want, arrang'd
their payments as it suits their income and circumstances, give them reasonable extensions of tjmft,
W thhy can’t meet their payments and charge them no interest. Ask some of your neighbors Who
dealt with me about this. That’s the best proof you can get. I Would iu»t as soon give you $1,000
in gold if you can duplicate this proposition. Sly organ. (The Nightingale of Organ®), has a tons
nearest to the human voice, a pure singing tone that lasts a life time and it won the highest prise at
the St. Louis World’s Fair, another proof mf organs are the best. Everybody is buying an organ

day and night, grinding out the organs ordered, and this condition was brought about by the fair and.
