if I would care for stake and I told
dem no I vould rather stay in der

could not have been higher, because
this is der tallest building 1 ever in
all my life saw. Veil, 1 have forgot
what I was telling you about der tall
building.
Let me tink! Oh. yes! 1 vas tell-
ing you about the acciden vot to me

cried out "Look out below!" and I did
look out of der window, for 1 thought
someting exciting had happened und
something hit me on der koph, und
den I realized it vas a varning signal.
His evening 1 vas valking in der
park vatching der squirrels play in

to another, "I have been playing cards
in my den" and I looked around to see

PERSONALS.
Last night as I lay sleeping
1'roaming of future days,
1 saw the most beautiful picture
Portrayed in a wonderful way.
I seemed to lie in fairyland.
Hitting in the the throne of the king, j
And before me was a stage of gold,!
Supported with angels to sing.
Then a curtain of flowers arose
And fairies of beauty appeared,
Representing youth and purity
And nothing on earth they feared.
1 hen they climbed up on a moun-
tain.
Until they reached the height,
And there they waved their silver
wands
To show their worldly might.
As they stood waving their wands
Another class came in,
Yes, they were fairies too,
But weak, and weary and thin.
Their faces wore the look of ig-
norance,
'(heir bodies were as frail as could
be,
The world knew nothing of them
They were strangers, so you see.
At last they beheld their superiors,!

I was going to the city."
Lauriee Westerman: "Honest - was
the dog on the line?"
Oh, no," saitl Ruby, "we chased it
over two fields, through a wood, and
up a tree."
So the ones on high looked down,
\nd said in a voice of sorrow,
"We pity you, we pity you,
Come to us on the tomorrow."
The tomorrow came and went,
The frail fairies were no more seer.
Perhaps they vanished or flew
away,
But the Higher Ones reigned su-
premo.
The scene passed off so beautifully,
1 sat there wondering and amazed,
What was the meaning of all this
And why did it get me so dazed?
I'hen the curtain arose once more,
"This time, the explanation to clear
The king, on whose throne I was
sitting.
With both sets of fairies did appear
'This play," said he, "was given,
,&*ilu» fVu* fri)tb l!CO,
That these fairies—the Higher
Ones
Represent the Juniors of T. W. C.
"The others, the poor, weak ones,
Who remained on the ground below,
Are the Seniors of that same school,
With regrets, I say—'tis so."
Then everything seemed to vanish,
The fairies, the king, the light,
For then I awoke- -wide awake,
And was lying on my bed so white.
I've thought of that dream so often,
And how it came out so true,
O, Juniors, oh, Juniors, oh, Juniors,
How everyone envys and loves you.
We're for you—dear old Juniors,
Mind not what little Seniors say,
Just refer them to that truthful
dream,
And show you're supreme—not
they.
