Send us your order or see Miss
Lura Biggerstaff, our local agent,
at Celina State Bank building.
When you buy of us you get stock that
is grown in this soil, right at your door and
trees and shrubs are not out of the ground
long before resetting. You can even run
down and look the stock over if you desire.
In buying here you buy of people whose
reliability you know or can easily ascertain,
and you don’t send your money out of the
community.

The regulations reqnire that
all seed in your possession now
that was raised in this territory
in 1921 and ginned at Celina, be
sterlized. If you have 1920 seed
or seed bought outside this ter-
ritory, be sure and get a certifi-
cate from me for these just the
same as you would for the steriliz-
ed seed. This is for your pro-
tection against the continuance
of the regulation. One or two
men, by not conforming to the
regulations, may keep the zone
on much longer than would be
necessary if all will co-operate.
I hope you will feel free to
advise with me, and if you feel
that you have complaint or griev-
ance because of the work, feel
free to*discuss that with me also.
In all cases where I think you
are justified I will bring it to the
attention of the Department.
There are lots of seed to sterilize
and this should be done as quickly
as possible. Bring in your seed,
lets get done, let me go home
and stop that much expense to
you. It is likely that the sterilizer
will be moved to Gunter next
week. Respectfully,
R. L. McDowra,
State Inspector.
