Hospital in Kerrville. She is hav-
ing to remain there for several
weeks.
been a very heavy increase in the
mosquito, fly and other insect
population. In view of this it has
been deemed advisable to seek
some method of alleviating the
problem. ,
At a meeting of the, Bandera
Water Board this week it was de-
cided to look into the advisability
of using a fogging machine in-
secticide. As soon as a few tech-
nicalities are cleared it is plan-
ned to go up or down each street
with this equipment so residents
are advised not to become alarmed
should they be awakened by the
loud sound of the- fogging ma-
chine (similar to an unmuffled
exhaust). Also there will be some
odor of the chemical .used.
Each person is advised to look
over his property to see that any
article that might have caught
r.ain water is emptied, for even
a small tin can affords a breeding
place for mosquitoes.
