one that would justify them in be-
coming heavily interested in a finan-
cial way. On leaving Thursday for
their respective homes, Messrs. Min-
or and Metcalf took with them a
proposition for further consideration
and if will not be surprising to the
Pioneer to see these gentlemen re-
turn in the near future.
