gular monthly meeting.
Chief of Police Horace White
gave a written report of police
activity since the Inst regular
meeting. He nlso reported the
need to replace nine sets of uni-
forms and was given authoriza-
tion to replace the uniforms
without any official action since
this is the normal procedure.
In the utility report Utilities
Supt. Billy White reported oit
amounts of water and electricity
used and the losses in each. He
also reported that 800 feet of
2" water line had been laid la
the Salt Lake area with tho re
maining 700' to be laid as soon
as possible. He reported tho
need for a calculator and that
four of the ten tested electric
meters pulled because of age
were 3 to A percent slow. He re-
ported work done at the ceme-
tery and the need to hire a now
lineman. He was authorized to
advertise for a lineman.
