suit being 47509 and the nature of
said Plaintiff’s demand being in
substance an action for partition of
the following described property:
Lot Five (5) all of Lot Five (5)
in Block 49 of Miller’s 2nd Addi-
tion to the City of Denison, Gray-
son County, Texas. Plaintiffs al-
lege that they own an undivided
one-half interest in the property
above described and that defend-
ants own an undivided one half
interest in same; that said .proper-
ty consists of a town lot in the
City of Denison of th'e- estimated
value of $600.00 and that same
is incapable of partition in knd.
Wherefore plaintiffs pray that
a receiver! be appointed to sell said
land and premises and that he di-
vide the proceeds derived from
said sale under the orders of thV
Honorable Court among the par-
ties entitled to receive same in
their respective portions.
