IIIustrated Paperboy
Dear Boh,
Today is my last day to work for the students and parents
of the Cleveland Independent School District During my
fifteen and one-half years of living and working in C 'level and l
have met and become friends with many. I received personal
and professional satisfaction from ('level and ISD. I am fortu-
nate that Cleveland gave me the opportunites for such growth
and satisfaction.
The Illustrated Paperboy has been a part of my enjoy-
ment for the past five plus years. Your newspaper has always
been positive and supportive. I appreciate that you and your
staff have been so willing to cover C ISD in this way. / wish you
the best of everything and thank yv i
Sincerely,
Floyd Elfrink
CLEVELAND BAND CHANGES GEARS AND STILL PROVES SUCCESSFUL - In the distance of one short weekend, the
Ijtoyal Braves Band went from one of the most outstanding military marching machines, to a concert format. Going into concert season

One students gained recognition in a concert band even after marching at Saturday night’s ball game! Almost one-third of the Southeast
