The further details of this
plan are necessarily left flexible
for the actiou of the committee,
who will be in complete charge
of the movement, but some of
Mr. Hogg’s suggested proposals
are most interesting. Tro prizes
are to be offered, ore of $10,000
and one ot #5,000 for the best
architectural design of the in-
stitution. Other prizes of f500
each are to be rewarded for
theses on subjects connected with
the movement. The minimum
total amount of money proposed
to be raised by Mr. Hogg for the
purpose of carrying out bis pro-
posals is $125,000, and the maxi*
mum, $250,000.
