Description: Photograph of workers pouring out concrete into the pond at the Fort Worth Japanese Garden. Several are visible standing in the wet concrete, with some holding mortar hoes and rakes to smooth out the concrete. [Japanese Garden Pagoda, Completed Base]

Description: Photograph of the pagoda at the Fort Worth Japanese Garden under construction. Only the base has been constructed, a simple wooden obelisk with thin ropes attached to it at the top and wooden stakes surrounding it. Four of the pagoda's curved roofs, appearing to be made of cast bronze, sit at bottom right in front of the obelisk among a clearing of bushes and barren trees.
