Description: Photograph of Mr. Edgar Ragland, wearing a military uniform with a saber, a pair of epaulettes, and two medals sewn into the front of the vest. He holds out a pyramidal white cap with dark-colored feathers hanging from the top. A symbol, possibly Masonic, seems to be sewn onto the cap. Edgar faces forward with combed hair and a curled mustache.
