Description: Copy negative of a black and white portrait of a newlywed couple, Marius Christensen and Thora Marie Jorgine Frederiksen, on their wedding day. [H. P. Jensen Home]

Description: Photograph of a two-story structure in Danevang, Texas, belonging to H. P. Jensen. A white sticker on the front of the photograph states that Jensen was the "first mail carrier. Carried mail from 1902-1914 as a rule with a little mule and cart. He also bould bring medicine [sic]." The house itself is past a narrow dirt road in the foreground. It has intersecting gable roofs and light-colored siding. Several windows are on the first and second floors. Round bushes line the outside of the house.

Description: Photograph of a large group of men, women, and children gathered to take a group picture in front of Danevang Community Hall, also identified as the old Community House according to a line of text on the back of the photograph. Accompanying information also states that they are at a celebration, and that Iver Wind, his wife, and child are somewhere in the picture. The structure behind them has a gable roof with shingles, siding, and several windows. A few men are seated on the window ledges.

P. J. Agerskov Petersen and Family

Description: Copy negative print of the Petersen family insider their home. Only two have been properly identified: P. J. Agerskov Petersen is the man with the three piece suit on the left, and Verner Petersen is the young boy on his lap. The other names have not been properly matched. Behind them, on a wooden cabinet, there is a collection of family frames and flower vases on a lace tablecloth. Behind that, the walls bear two large framed bust portraits and other small family memorabilia.
