The National Museum of the Pacific War presents an interview with B J Wilson. Wilson was at basic training at Parris Island when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. Wilson was soon assigned to F Company, 2nd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment as an assistant BAR man. He describes landing on Guadalcanal and fighting at teh Tenaru River.
