Dallas councilmen have decided to invest in the sewer line in order to serve the Dallas Citizens' Interracial Corporation Hamilton Park Addition Project. The $140,000 will be refunded back to the corporation due to a contract, while the original contract stated that the corporation would be the one to finance the sewer line construction.
